I'm pondering doing Nanowrimo this year. I have a character in my head, and the likelihood that I will have both the right game and the right GM for her is vanishingly small.
I'm not sure what sort of *story* I have for her, but whatevs.
In a semi-retired thought, both Louisa May Alcott and Becky Chambers wrote what I like to call "slice-of-life" novels. I think they're lovely, and that there should be more of them in genre books. (Except for the romance genre. They need the plot.)
